These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the banglabet platform and all its services. By accessing the platform or registering an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

banglabet reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms. We therefore encourage you to review this page on each visit.

1.1 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all services on banglabet, including sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots and virtual sports. They also apply equally to services accessed through the platform's Android and iOS apps.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on banglabet and take part in any form of betting or casino activity, users must be 21 years of age or older. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If any age verification discrepancy is found, the account will be suspended or closed and the associated funds may be withheld.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each user may register only one account. If evidence is found that a single person holds multiple accounts, all such accounts will be cancelled and any bonuses and winnings in those accounts will be forfeited. Members of the same household may hold separate accounts, but these cannot be used from the same device or IP address.

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and up to date. banglabet reserves the right to cancel an account at any stage if false or misleading information is given. As part of identity verification (KYC), a national ID card or other acceptable document may be requested.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on banglabet is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad and Rocket. You must use your own registered mobile number when making a deposit — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

A minimum balance of ৳800 is required to make a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket, and funds will be sent to the number registered on your account.

3.3 Identity Verification and Security

Before processing a withdrawal of a significant amount, banglabet may request additional information for identity verification. Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until the verification process is complete. If a suspicious transaction is detected, funds may be temporarily withheld pending investigation.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

banglabet offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will add ৳2,000 in bonus funds, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000 — and to become eligible to withdraw the bonus amount, a wagering requirement of ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be met.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus comes with a 25x wagering requirement. This means the total betting amount required is determined by multiplying the bonus received by 25. Winnings derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus is not free money — it is awarded subject to specific conditions.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the set timeframe after the bonus is credited, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus claims from multiple accounts on the same device, IP address or household are not permitted.
• banglabet reserves the right to cancel a bonus if unusual betting patterns are detected.

The banglabet VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Cashback on weekly net losses is provided at each tier.

• Bronze: up to 0.4% cashback on the week's net losses
• Silver: up to 0.8% cashback on the week's net losses
• Gold: up to 1.2% cashback on the week's net losses

For example, a Silver member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a given week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback. Weekly cashback is calculated by applying the applicable rate to the amount remaining after total winnings are deducted from total losses for that week. 6.1 List of Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure if detected:

• Attempting fraudulent activities or exploiting system vulnerabilities
• Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
• Using bots or automated software to place bets
• Attempting to access another user's account without permission
• Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
• Attempting to hack, alter or tamper with any part of the platform

6.2 Collusion and Match Fixing

Any activity related to collusion (coordinated betting) or match fixing is strictly prohibited. If evidence of such activity is found, the relevant account will be closed, all winnings will be voided and the relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

7.1 General Betting Rules

A bet that has been confirmed generally cannot be cancelled. However, if an event is cancelled, postponed or does not take place, banglabet will return the original stake in accordance with standard rules. banglabet reserves the right to void a bet where a technical error occurred in setting the odds.

7.2 Live Betting

In live betting, odds can change quickly. The latest odds are displayed before a bet is accepted, and the bet takes effect only once the user confirms. banglabet will not be responsible for any bet that fails to process due to a loss of connection.

7.3 Multi Bet

A multi bet combines multiple selections into one. All selections in a multi bet must be correct to win — if one selection fails, the entire stake is lost. The combined odds of a multi bet are the product of the odds of each individual selection.

8.1 Suspension by banglabet

banglabet may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Suspicion or evidence of a breach of any provision of these Terms
• Discrepancies in identity verification or provision of false information
• Extended inactivity (no activity for 12 months or more)
• Suspicious financial transactions or fraudulent behaviour

8.2 Closure by the User

10.1 Service Continuity

10.2 Third-Party Services

banglabet uses third-party payment gateways and game providers. banglabet is not directly responsible for any faults or disruptions in those services, but will assist in resolving issues. If a game round is suspended indefinitely due to a problem with a game provider's server, a decision will be made in accordance with the provider's rules.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining Terms will continue in effect with that provision limited or removed. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and banglabet and replace all prior oral or written discussions.
